C. Russell Rowzie, President
Mr. Rowzie has been exclusively involved in buying, selling, leasing and managing commercial real estate for over 25 years. He holds a Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation. Mr. Rowzie also serves as an asset manager for the properties managed by Trimark.
Mr. Rowzie holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Villanova University, and a Masters in Business Administration from George Mason University. He is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), and the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International.
Judith Cuevas, Director of Accounting and Administration
Mrs. Cuevas has been exclusively involved in property accounting for commercial real estate for over ten years. She oversees Trimark’s Property Accounting group and is responsible for operational policies, procedures, and practices for the Property Management department. She is also the primary administrator for Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate, a leading integrated software for the commercial real estate industry with highly developed cross-functional capabilities. Mrs. Cuevas has worked extensively with all commercial property types in Trimark’s management portfolio, including condominium properties and property owner associations (POAs).
Mrs. Cuevas holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from George Mason University. She holds a membership with STAR12 and National Seminars Group, which is a division of Rockhurst University Continuing Education Center.
Nicole Anzilotti, Vice President, Commercial
Mrs. Anzilotti has been involved in commercial real estate and property management for over 15 years. Nicole has experience in both commercial and condominium properties, currently overseeing a portfolio of over one million square feet of commercial office, retail, and condominium space in the Northern Virginia area. She has supported established clients on many levels and takes pride in providing extraordinary customer service and fostering long-term relationships. As both a Property Manager and aspiring Real Estate Agent, she is known for her dedication to her work and desire to reach her professional goals.
Nicole is a Northern Virginia native, where she currently resides with her husband and two sons. When she isn’t working, you can usually find her at the hockey rink cheering for her boy’s teams.
Nicole holds a B.A. in Communications/Marketing from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, Blacksburg, Virginia. She hold a Certified Manager of Community Associations CMCA) designation and is a candidate for a Real Property Administrator designation. She is a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International.”
Alan Murphy, Vice President, Commercial
Mr. Murphy has been involved in commercial real estate and property management in the Washington Metropolitan Region for the past 11 years and has experience in both commercial and condominium properties. Among other responsibilities, Alan has managed hundreds of commercial capital improvement and replacement projects in dozens of properties throughout the Region.
Mr. Murphy is a candidate for the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation. He is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International.
Nadia Rassas, Vice President, Commercial
Ms. Rassas is a Commercial Real Estate Professional with more than fourteen years of experience managing retail centers, office buildings, dental and medical buildings, educational facilities, and both commercial and residential condominium associations. She has in-depth experience in construction and project management, building system upgrades, capital improvements, and insurance losses of all shapes and sizes. Nadia has a Virginia Real Estate License and is a very active member of the Trimark Commercial Brokerage Department. Nadia is also a participating member of CREW – Commercial Real Estate for Women.
Nadia holds both a Bachelor of Arts from George Mason University in Public Relations (2001) and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Design Institute of San Diego in Interior Design (2007).
Morgan Lerner, General Manager, Multifamily
Mr. Lerner has been exclusively involved in property management and condominium association management for 19 years. He has managed dozens of condominium properties in Chicago, Houston, and throughout the Washington D.C. metropolitan area. He has managed commercial properties, mixed-use properties, and mid-rise and high-rise urban residential properties as large as 460 units. Among other responsibilities, Mr. Lerner is primarily responsible for oversight of The Phoenix at Clarendon Metro, a 325,000 square-foot, mixed-use property covering several blocks in Arlington, Virginia, which contains retail, office, residential uses.
Mr. Lerner holds a B.A. degree in Political Science and International Studies from Saint Edward’s University. He is a Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM), a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), and an Association Management Specialist (AMS).
Celina Palacios, Senior Property Accountant
Ms. Palacios has over a decade of experience in the accounting sector. Her experience in her native country of Peru included a two-year stint at the Ministry of Industry, and extends now to companies in the DC, Virginia, Maryland metro region. In her role at Trimark, she is responsible for managing full property accounting aspects for portfolios that include commercial, mixed-use, association, and retail centers.
Ms. Palacios holds an Associate Degree in Accounting (Summa Cum Laude) from Northern Virginia Community College, Alexandria, VA, and a Bachelor Degree in Economics from the Inca Garcilaso de la Vega University in Lima, Peru.
Mabel Barrios, Senior Property Accountant
Ms. Barrios has been involved in property accounting over eight years with Trimark Corporation. She oversees a portfolio of commercial properties including commercial and mixed-use condominium property, property owner associations (POAs), and retail centers. Ms. Barrios’ experience includes full cycle accounting aspects and she has previously worked in real estate tax, advisory accounting, and hospitality accounting industry.
Ms. Barrios holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from George Mason University and an Associate Degree in Business Administration from Northern Virginia Community College. Additionally, she is a member of the Association of Independent Accounting Professionals.
